DI Water Heaters
The remaining residues from chemical processing dissolve faster in hot DI and also prevent thermal shock. This means increased yields and more DI water savings for you. The Kimmon HDWII series six-, 12-, 18-, 24-, and 36-liter high-purity quartz DI Water Heater system heats DI water to facilitate washing, including phosphoric, hydrofluoric, and sulfuric acid, semiconductor wafers, and other similar materials during fabrication. Halogen heaters give fast response for temperature changes.

Materials
Eliminate DI water contamination thanks to the design of our state-of-the-art DI water heaters. Our heating tanks are made from high-purity KF-F1 transparent quartz glass, and all of the other “wet” portions of the system, including piping, valves, sensors, and connectors, are made from high-purity fluorocarbon resin such as PFA, PTFE, and PVDF to provide an ultra-pure flow path without elastomer o-rings or particle traps. The design eradicates contamination from water heater system induced impurities such as metallic ions, organic compounds, and microbes.
