Degasification

The Kimmon HDWII series six-, 12-, 18-, 24-, and 36-liter high-purity quartz DI Water Heater system heats DI water to facilitate washing, including phosphoric, hydrofluoric, and sulfuric acid, semiconductor wafers, and other similar materials during fabrication.
